The event will mark the 10th anniversary of the iPhone. A product that transformed Apple into the largest and most profitable company on the planet. Apple has ruled the roost in the smartphone industry for the past few years.

But this year, the company has planned a surprise up its sleeve. Not just an upgraded iPhone but an additional luxurious iPhone. It’s a move that could unlock new growth areas for Apple.

The iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X will be unveiled alongside some major announcement on iOS 11 and the expected reveal of the Apple Watch 3. But the iPhone X will be the big game changer. With the device expected to do away with the Home Button and have an edge to edge display. The iPhone X is expected to be the ONLY new Apple iPhone to feature a sleek OLED 5.8 inches screen.
