Drishtikone is the flagship monthly knowledge-sharing initiative at VAYUZ Technologies, organized by the ArKa team since 2022. Created to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation, Drishtikone provides a dedicated space where teams step beyond daily deliverables to explore emerging technologies, design trends, and new ways of thinking.

More than a typical workshop, Drishtikone serves as VAYUZ’s monthly knowledge forum and craft practice, where teams learn in public, share what they explore, and expand their capabilities beyond their immediate project roles. Each session is built around a core idea: execution alone does not create transformation — informed perspective does.

Led by ArKa, the Experience & Design function at VAYUZ, the initiative ensures that learning remains structured, collaborative, and compounding as the organization grows. Through discussions, demonstrations, and mentorship-driven sessions, Drishtikone helps the team challenge assumptions, refine their thinking, and stay future-ready.

At its core, Drishtikone is not just about knowledge sharing—it is about building deeper thinking, stronger perspectives, and a culture of continuous evolution across the organization.

  • Frequency: Monthly. Ensuring a consistent rhythm of learning without disrupting ongoing project timelines.

  • Audience: Internal — designers, front-end engineers, product managers, and interested VAYUZers.

  • Format: Deep-dive workshops, hands-on demos, case studies, and written Insights derived from sessions.

What Happens in the Events

The Drishtikone sessions are typically structured as interactive workshops or seminar-style presentations that follow a five-layer flow:

  • Perspective Setting (Why This Topic, Why Now): The presenter establishes context by connecting the subject to real product challenges, user behavior, or emerging technology shifts. This moves the session beyond theory into relevance.

  • Deep-Dive Workshops: A structured walkthrough of the chosen theme. Team members present comprehensive guides on specific topics, often numbered to indicate an ongoing series. Recent examples include Workshop #38 on “Zero UI,” Workshop #37 on “The Art of Frontend Performance,” and Workshop #36 on “Micro-interactions”.

  • Knowledge Transfer in Action: Speakers break down complex subjects—such as Advanced CSS, AI tools, or Design Systems—into actionable insights. This ensures that knowledge isn’t siloed; tools, workflows, and frameworks are translated into practical guidance so that what one person discovers becomes organizational capability.

  • Storytelling & Articulation Practice (Soft Skills): Speakers present to peers in a safe but rigorous environment. By requiring team members to present to their peers, the event acts as a space to sharpen communication, structured thinking, storytelling, and consulting presence.

  • Documentation → Permanent Insight: Every meaningful session is converted into a written “Insight” (blog post) published on VAYUZ platforms. This turns live learning into a long-term knowledge asset for the company’s platform, culture, and consulting depth.
