Every person in VAYUZ’s leadership today started as a VIP. You get to learn, work on real-life projects, interact with industry leaders and CXOs, and be shaped by people who have walked the same path. VIP isn’t just a programme — it’s where the next generation of leaders is built.

Each VIP is paired with a senior VAYUZer who provides weekly check-ins, code reviews, career guidance, and candid feedback to accelerate professional development.
Structured modules on AI tools, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development ensure every VIP graduates with the skills that define the next generation of tech talent.
VIP is merit-driven. Interns who demonstrate consistent delivery, ownership mindset, and team fit earn a full-time offer — transparent criteria, no favouritism.

Learning
The most transformative phase. VIPs interact with CXOs, attend leadership sessions, and begin to see patterns in how great organisations operate. Mistakes are made and unpacked — because at VAYUZ, a mistake you learn from is worth more than a safe move you didn't take.
Iterating
VIPs now have domain depth. They iterate on their work, refine their approach, and start leading micro-outcomes within their teams. Cross-functional exposure deepens as they collaborate across engineering, product, and business tracks.

VIP is open to final-year students and recent graduates across engineering, design, and product management disciplines. We look for curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn — not just a perfect CGPA.
Yes. VIP comes with a competitive internship stipend. Top performers at the end of the 6-month programme are offered full-time employment packages at VAYUZ.
Conversions are based on a structured performance review conducted at Month 5. Criteria include project delivery quality, ownership mindset, team collaboration, and capstone presentation outcomes. There are no surprises — you’ll know the bar from Day 1.
VIP follows a hybrid model. Interns are expected to be in-office at least 3 days a week during the first two months for onboarding and immersion, transitioning to flexible arrangements thereafter based on project needs.
Each cohort typically has 20–30 VIPs across all tracks. Cohort sizes are intentionally kept lean to ensure quality mentorship, genuine project ownership, and personalised growth for every intern.
