Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Technical Project Manager to lead delivery excellence, drive continuous improvement, and champion innovation across our HR technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth in SAP SuccessFactors with strategic program management expertise and a forward-looking mindset to harness AI, automation, and product innovation. The role requires strong project governance, technical understanding of SuccessFactors modules and integrations, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams while managing stakeholders, delivery risks and AMS transformations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors modules and related integrations, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams (functional, technical, and business stakeholders) in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
  • Oversee release planning, change management, and production support activities with a focus on efficiency and stability.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify and implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and AI-led interventions to elevate service quality and reduce manual effort.
  • Collaborate with vendors and CoE teams to pilot and scale innovations such as predictive analytics, conversational AI, and Gen AI-based HR support tools.
  • Continuously refine delivery frameworks using performance metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops.

Gen AI and Product Enablement

  • Drive adoption of new SuccessFactors features, releases, and product enhancements in alignment with roadmap and business value realization.
  • Integrate Gen AI capabilities within HR processes (e.g., intelligent chatbots, role-skill mapping, and workforce analytics).
  • Partner with SAP and internal product teams to evaluate, test, and deploy the latest platform functionalities.

Knowledge Management & Capability Building

  • Develop and maintain a living knowledge base capturing product updates, FAQs, playbooks, and best practices.
  • Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and internal upskilling across technical and functional teams.
  • Conduct enablement sessions and experience-sharing workshops on innovations and emerging trends.
  • Drive project governance, RITMS status reporting, RAID management, steering committee updates, Action plan deliverables 

Stakeholder and Governance

  • Serve as the primary interface with business stakeholders, providing proactive communication, risk management, and delivery assurance.
  • Establish robust governance practices including OKRs, KPIs, and improvement dashboards for ongoing operational and transformation success.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
  • Must have a valid certification with SuccessFactors EC module and CPI
  • 8–12 years of experience in SAP ecosystem, with at least 5 years managing SuccessFactors implementations/support along with Integrations (SF APIs, CPI, Middleware) (any combination of EC, PMGM, ONB, COMP etc.).
  • Proven track record in project management (Agile/Scrum/Hybrid methodologies).
  • Exposure to AI/ML or Gen AI integrations in business processes preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SAP cloud platform, integration architecture, and extensibility options.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications are a strong plus.
